MISSION STATEMENT
As a learning community, we build an online school that meets students where they are through differentiated instruction, monthly student success conferences and a more flexible model.

SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT
The Tigard-Tualatin Virtual Academy was developed as a response to community feedback and the COVID-19 Pandemic. Many families expressed interest in a more flexible online educational model as an option. We are accredited through Cognia and maintain a list of NCAA approved courses. We serve grades 7-12 and any TTSD resident is eligible to enroll.

SCHOOL INFORMATION
We offer live, whole group instruction, small group support, extension activities, and monthly 1:1 student check-ins with a dedicated staff member. All live instruction is recorded and can be accessed outside of teacher-led class time, allowing students to have more independence and control over their daily lives and responsibilities. We offer a blended model for students wanting to continue classes at their neighborhood school; creating opportunities for participation in IB classes, dual credit courses, CTE Pathways, and specialty electives.

We are fully accredited through Cognia and have cleared approved NCAA courses. Click here to view the full list of NCAA-approved courses.

DISTRICT ALIGNMENT
We offer a standards-based curriculum that aligns with the TTSD comprehensive high school programming. We administer the same standardized testing and are an approved ACT administration site for
District testing day. We follow the District Approved Academic Calendar.
